By commissioning me, you're consenting to the terms listed below

I. General

  1. I reserve the right to refuse any commissions without explanation

  2. I reserve the right to cancel a commission after accepting it (a full refund will be provided)

  3. I will not tolerate bad attitudes (don't be a jerk)

  4. I will draw: original characters, fan art, NSFW

  5. I will NOT draw: underaged characters in explicit situations, gore

  6. When applicable, please describe what you're looking for in clear language and provide reference pictures if available

II. Payment

  1. Paypal and Zelle both used!

  2. When you complete a form, I'll contact you, and I will send an invoice

  3. Before I start, I need the base cost as a down payment

  4. Payment accepted in USD

III. Alteration/Termination Policy

  1. In the sketching phase, changes are free of charge

  2. After the final sketch is confirmed, major changes will require a fee relative to the desired changes

  3. Full refund if terminated before I send the first sketch (NOT the concept)

  4. 80% refund if terminated in the sketching period

  5. 50% max refund once I start the line art

IV. Copyright

  1. I reserve the ownership of the commission

  2. I reserve the right to publish it and post it

  3. If you do not want me to display it anywhere, I'm open for discussion

  4. Unless stated otherwise, these commissions are NOT allowed to be used for commercial use

Additional Costs

Final costs depend on the complexity of the commission, and will be discussed on a case by case basis.The following traits can result in added costs:
- Detailed backgrounds
- Additional Characters
- Rendering metallic material
- Complicated perspectives / poses
- Revisions
- etc.
